Festival Forms

	If you are interested in becoming a Certified Barbecue Judge, be sure to attend our class coming up on Friday, April 13, 2012.  Please plan to arrive no later than 8:00 A.M. for check in - we will serve coffee and donuts at that time and begin the class promptly at 9:00 AM. 	Please read our letter to new competitors and the application. We have a perpetual waiting list, which means you will stay on the list until you make it even if it takes more than 1 year. We will deposit your check and hold in a separate account. At any time you may cancel and we will remove you from the list and return your money.
	These are the required forms and the rules for the Whole Hog Contest.
	Please read our introductory letter and the application. Rules are included on the application.  Grand Champion in each age category gets a trophy and monetary prize.  Reserve champion in each age group gets a trophy and monetary prize.

	Read our cover letter and fill out the application if you are interested in becoming a vendor at the festival.  In order for vendors to have a chance of making a profit and due to space limitations, we will limit the number of vendors.  Returning vendors will be given preference.
